Who we are
The VisualPack app and this site are operated by Don Salieri. You can reach us at mihneanicolae02@gmail.com.
What data we process
When you sign in with Discord we keep your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar. We also keep a hashed PC identifier, your IP address, last activity date, access requests, downloads and a log of account actions.
Why we process it
We use it to sign you in, approve access to packs and mods, limit devices per account and prevent abuse.
How long we keep it
A session lasts 30 days. Logs with IP addresses and download records are deleted automatically after 180 days. Account data stays until you ask us to delete it.
Who else sees it
Sign-in goes through Discord. Data and pack files are hosted on Cloudflare. Messages from the contact form go through Formspree. We do not sell data.
What stays on your PC
Your session is stored encrypted on your PC. The app keeps track of the files it put into FiveM so it can remove them, and does not send your files to the server.
This site
This site uses no tracking cookies. Your theme choice is stored only in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to mihneanicolae02@gmail.com.
